What is your minimum order quantity?

We work with institutional buyers and refineries. Minimum consignments typically start at 5 kg of gold, though we tailor volumes to each buyer's mandate and shipment cadence.

What documentation is provided with each consignment?

Every shipment ships with a full export pack: origin certificate, government export permit, assay report from an accredited laboratory, packing list, commercial invoice, and airway bill. All documents are shared for verification before dispatch.

How does the KYC and onboarding process work?

New relationships begin with mutual KYC. We exchange certificates of incorporation, directors' IDs, proof of address, bank references and a signed NCNDA. Onboarding is typically completed within 3-5 business days once documents are exchanged.

What are your accepted payment terms?

We work with SBLC, DLC (MT700), and TT against documents through Tier-1 banks. Terms are agreed on a per-contract basis and confirmed in the SPA prior to shipment.

Which delivery destinations do you serve?

Our primary trade corridor runs Sierra Leone → UAE (DMCC / Almas Tower vault), with onward delivery to refineries and buyers in Europe, Asia and the Americas. CIF and FOB options are both available.

How is quality and purity verified?

Every consignment is independently assayed at origin and re-assayed on arrival at a mutually agreed refinery. Final settlement is based on the buyer-side assay, in line with LBMA good delivery practice.

How long does a typical transaction take?

From signed SPA to delivery, most transactions complete within 10-21 days depending on volume, banking instrument, and destination. First transactions with a new buyer usually run at the longer end of that window.

Do you offer long-term supply contracts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We prefer long-term relationships and offer 6-, 12- and 24-month rolling supply contracts with agreed monthly tonnages and pricing formulas indexed to the LBMA fix.
