Gilded is engaged in the responsible sourcing, refining coordination, import, export and trading of gold and other precious minerals, principally between African source markets and the United Arab Emirates and other global centres. Every transaction is subject to satisfactory due diligence, applicable export and import licensing, sanctions screening, KYC and AML checks, and to the execution of formal written agreements.

Gilded operates in strict compliance with applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, anti-bribery, sanctions and export control regimes in Sierra Leone, the United Arab Emirates and other relevant jurisdictions. By engaging with us, you represent and warrant that you and your beneficial owners are not the subject of any applicable sanctions and that funds used in any transaction are derived from legitimate sources. We will not proceed with any transaction where compliance requirements cannot be satisfied.

You may access and view this website for lawful, personal and legitimate business purposes only. You must not:

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone. You and Gilded agree that the courts of Sierra Leone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, without prejudice to Gilded's right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction of competent authority.
